Japan Translation Federation (JTF) Certification Exam
Human Resource Management Examination (じんじぎょうせいかんりしけん) is a national qualification examination in Japan for human resource professionals. It is administered by the Japan Institute of Human Resources (JIHR).

The examination covers the following topics:

Pattern-
⚫ The examination is a two-day, four-hour written examination. Day one covers the first three topics listed above, and day two covers the last two topics. The examination is a multiple-choice format, with a total of 180 questions.
Passing score-
⚫ The passing score for the examination is 60%.
Qualifications-
⚫ There are no formal qualifications required to take the examination. However, candidates are expected to have a bachelor's degree or equivalent in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
