National Defence Academy (NDA) Exam

The National Defence Academy (NDA) exam is very important exam in India. Syllabus and pattern is given below.

NDA Exam Pattern:

Written Examination:
⚫ The NDA exam consists of a written examination followed by an interview process.
⚫ The written exam is divided into two papers: Mathematics and General Ability Test (GAT).
⚫ Both papers are conducted on the same day.

Mathematics Paper:
⚫ Duration: 2.5 hours
⚫ Maximum Marks: 300
⚫ The mathematics paper evaluates candidates' mathematical skills and understanding.
⚫ It includes topics such as Algebra, Matrices and Determinants, Trigonometry, Analytical Geometry, Differential Calculus, Integral Calculus and Differential Equations, Vector Algebra, Statistics, and Probability.

General Ability Test (GAT):
⚫ Duration: 2.5 hours
⚫ Maximum Marks: 600
⚫ The GAT paper includes two sections: English and General Knowledge.
⚫ The English section tests the candidate's proficiency in English, while the General Knowledge section covers topics like Physics, Chemistry, General Science, History, Geography, Current Affairs, and General Studies.
