Law School Admission Test (LSAT)


Law School Admission Test (LSAT) is very important exam. The LSAT syllabus emphasizes your analytical reasoning, logical reasoning, and reading comprehension skills. It is conducted in two phases: January and May.

Syllabus:

The LSAT India exam consists of four sections:
⚫ Analytical Reasoning: Tests your ability to analyze relationships between elements, solve puzzles, and make deductions. (23-24 questions)

⚫ Logical Reasoning 1: Assesses your capacity to understand, analyze, and draw conclusions from arguments presented in short passages. (22-23 questions)

⚫ Logical Reasoning 2: Similar to LR1, but with a focus on identifying flaws and assumptions in arguments. (22-23 questions)

⚫ Reading Comprehension: Evaluates your reading speed, comprehension, and ability to draw inferences from complex passages. (22-23 questions)

Exam Pattern:
⚫ Number of questions: 92 MCQs in total
⚫ Duration: 2 hours 20 minutes
⚫ Mode: Remote-proctored online
⚫ Marking scheme: +1 for a correct answer, -0.25 for each incorrect answer, no penalty for skipped questions
